How old were you when you first built something?
4 or 5. I built a garage for my Hotwheels using Legos. I'm told it came in on budget.

Oh my gosh, as long as I can remember. I was a straight A student in Algebra, but struggled with Geometry. That's why I let the guys in the back do the drawing.

When did you first become interested in safety?
"Probably as a safety patrol crossing guard in elementary school. The well-being of everyone makes safety necessary in every profession, especially construction."

The thing I like best is the commitment to quality construction. Cutting corners and taking short cuts is not the way we do things.
